STEP 1/8
Put canned corn in a sieve and wash it lightly under running water. When using raw corn, boil the corn and separate the grains.
STEP 2/8
Cut 1/4 onions and soak in cold water for 15 minutes.
(Removing the Arin flavor of the onion and sweetening the onion)
STEP 3/8
Making Spice Juice > 1/4 onions, 1/4 apples, 1/2 white green onions, 1 ton of garlic
Add 1/3 cup water and grind in a blender. Use the remaining spice juice to marinate the meat. Rub apples in vinegar, wash them, and use the peel.
STEP 4/8
I don't just use the spice juice right away. The only thing that can be chewed on corn buckwheat pancakes must be corn.
STEP 5/8
Add 2T of spice juice to 2 cups of buckwheat pancake powder through a fine sieve. I'll make sure to~~~.
STEP 6/8
Add corn, ~1.2 cups water, 0.3T salt, and 1t sugar, and mix well.
STEP 7/8
Put 2T of grape seed oil (cooking oil) on a heated pan, scoop the batter with a small ladle, and place about 3 pancakes on top. If the color of the dough changes to transparent, turn it upside down. You can cut the dried red pepper as a point and put it on top.
STEP 8/8
Bake until golden and place on a Korean paper (kitchen towel).
Use non-scented oil. I used unscented grape seed oil, but.. Soybean oil made from corn is also good. It's such a simple pancake...Only when there is a slight smell of buckwheat can the subtle scent and the light taste be harmonized. That's why I didn't add eggs.
