STEP 1/7
Slice one zucchini thickly. Cut the red pepper into bite-size pieces.

Mix 1.5 cups of water and 1T of thick salt in a bowl, then add zucchini and marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

After about 15-20 minutes, wash the zucchini in water once and strain it through a sieve.

Put 1-2T of oil in a pan

Add zucchini and stir-fry it on medium heat for 2-3 minutes

Add 1t of salted shrimp and 1t of minced garlic and stir-fry until the zucchini is cooked.

When the zucchini is cooked, add sesame seeds and red pepper to finish it off.
1. You can add a little bit of sesame oil at the end, depending on your preference.
2. Be careful because oil can get splattered if you don't remove the water well.
3. If you stir-fry it for too long, the pumpkin will become mushy, so turn off the heat when it is cooked properly.
