How to freeze the broth: Bagak tofu soup
Are you having a great Friday? It's Friday when the weather suddenly gets hot and I'm exhausted. It reminds me of cool chicken and beer.^^ Recently, my brother, my cooking teacher, bought clams locally and sent me broth.~~ The clams are also divided into small portions, so you can eat them little by little whenever you want. The broth needs to be frozen enough to eat in a day. I'll teach you how to freeze the broth.

Ingredients
  • Manila clam
    1handful
  • Broth
    1cup
  • Water
    500ml
  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, the boiled clam broth! Of course, it can be any other broth you use at home.~~ Cool the stock completely and place it in a paper cup for a day. Then put them one at a time to freeze in the freezer and put them on a tray. Then, go straight to the freezer
STEP 2/9
I covered the top with foil. Then I put it in the freezer and froze it for a whole day. Then I'll make clam tofu soup.
STEP 3/9
Seaweed soup ingredients for clams: A handful of clams, 1/2 of tofu, scallions, and clams are frozen to eat once.
STEP 4/9
Let's take a look at the frozen clam broth. If you rip off the paper cup, it's frozen one by one. When it freezes, remove all the paper cups and put them in a sealed plastic bag.
STEP 5/9
Then I'll put in just one broth today. I added 500ml of water. The clam broth is very thick, so I added plenty of rice water.
STEP 6/9
It melts quickly like this way.
STEP 7/9
Bring the broth to a boil. Then, rice water goes in and bubbles form. I removed the foam.
STEP 8/9
It melts quickly, so I put it in without defrosting. And tofu, too
STEP 9/9
After adding tofu, I added half a tablespoon of fish sauce and half a tablespoon of soy sauce that go well with clams. If you cut the green onions and put them in, the clam seaweed soup is complete!!
