Grilled Pork Ginger (Shoyaki)
There are many ways to make shogayaki, but I made it simple this time I used sliced pork belly, but next time, I'll make pork neck^^

  • Pork
    200g

  • Cooking oil

  • chopped ginger

  • Soy sauce
    2TS
  • Cheongju

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a heated pan and stir-fry the pork belly on a lower heat than medium heat. (If it is high in pork fat, skip cooking oil.)
STEP 2/4
Stir-fry the meat gently so that it doesn't clump together.
STEP 3/4
Stir-fry sliced onions with the meat in half-cooked meat.
STEP 4/4
When the onions become transparent, add the sauce you made. Stir-fry it so that the seasoning is cut well.
* You can marinate the meat and make it. * If there is a lot of pork fat, skip cooking oil. * You can use minced ginger or add ginger juice. * You can use sugar instead of honey in the sauce. * It tastes better with cabbage.
