Shred carrots, onions, and green onions into thick slices, and cut the remaining tofu thickly into 3x4cm sizes. Cut the peppers sideways.

Pour water into a pot and boil the onions, carrots, and tofu for a while, then boil the meatballs and seasoning ingredients. Lastly, add green onions and peppers and boil them slightly.
When tofu is kept frozen, the moisture in the tofu causes ice crystals and weak tofu
It's better not to freeze it as much as possible. If you have to freeze it, mash the tofu, drain it as much as possible, wrap it in a wrap, or freeze it with tofu meatball seasoning.
