Put 1t of thick salt in boiling water, put the cleanly washed rapeseed vegetables from the stem, blanch for about 20 seconds, and rinse quickly in cold water.

Add 1T of chives, 0.5T of minced garlic, 0.5t of salt, sesame seeds, and 1t of sesame oil and mix them together. Taste it and add more salt if it's bland.
