There was something left after eating pork belly, so I made Osam Bulgogi with squid. It's good to cook green onion kimchi and put it in when it tastes slightly sour.

I took out the vegetables in the refrigerator. It's good to add cabbage.

When I make stir-fried spicy pork, I put green onion kimchi often. It helps with the greasiness and it's slightly sour and makes you crave your appetite.

Red pepper paste 1, red pepper powder 2, soy sauce 1, plum 2, garlic 1, cooking wine 2, a bit of pepper. [Based on rice spoon] I'm going to add green onion kimchi, so I added a bit of seasoning. If you don't put green onion kimchi in, you can put it in the seasoned pear.

You can stir-fry it with seasoned pork belly bulgogi and green onion kimchi.

Stir-fry it using chopsticks. I recommend medium heat rather than high heat.

When the meat is almost done, add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry it again.

If you stir-fry it on high heat, it will only burn and the insides won't cook, so try frying it on medium-low heat.

Completion of Osam Bulgogi with green onion kimchi. I ate squid, pork belly, and green onion kimchi. I don't really like greasy meat, but if I eat it with green onion kimchi, it relieves the greasiness and it's slightly sour cooked, so it's more delicious. Sometimes, when you don't have an appetite, add green onion kimchi and stir-fry it. It's really good. It's good to add green onion kimchi when you make stir-fried spicy pork.
