  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Shiitake mushroom
    1ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • olive oil

  • mozzarella cheese

  • Milk
    1cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare each ingredient by trimming it to the right size.
STEP 2/5
Stir-fry the trimmed vegetables (pepper mushrooms, 1/2 onions, 2 cheongyang peppers) in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
STEP 3/5
When the color of the onion comes up yellow, add the trimmed shrimp and shiitake mushrooms and boil them down with milk.
STEP 4/5
After the shrimp is cooked, add rice and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/5
Cook until the soup is self-cooked, then add 6 spoons of color mill and finish cooking.
It's even better if you put mozzarella cheese on top of your preference. :-)
