I just chopped up the pineapple. Actually, I thought if I cut it into small pieces, it would give me more juice, so I cut it into small pieces, but you can cut it into big pieces, so go with what's convenient.

Add fermented vinegar 1 + sugar 1 and stir well until sugar is dissolved. My arms hurt after stirring for a long time. If you put pineapple in fermented vinegar + sugar water, you're done making pineapple vinegar. Easy, right?
STEP 4/4
I stirred for a long time, but there was some sugar left underneath. I don't know. I'm going to eat it after ripening it at room temperature for two weeks anyway, so it'll all melt then. After two weeks, if you eat the pulp raw or mix it with yogurt, and if you refrigerate pineapple vinegar and mix it with water and vinegar at a ratio of 9:1, it's very delicious.
