  • Cheongyang red pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Boil pho noodles and drain.
STEP 2/4
Add chicken stock, salt, and pepper to make broth.
STEP 3/4
Chop the cheongyang pepper and shred the onion. Wash the bean sprouts clean and drain.
STEP 4/4
Put rice noodles and hot broth in a prepared bowl and put Cheongyang red pepper, onion, and bean sprouts on top to complete.
