Bacon cheese epibread
EpiBread's 'epi' means Isaac in French. As the name suggests, it is an elongated ear-shaped bread. Originally, it is made of baguette dough, but using the bread mix, you will be able to make enough delicious epibread.

  • Water
    215ml

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put bread mix, yeast, and water in a baking machine and knead it with a dough course,
STEP 2/6
Take out the dough, put it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment it for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 28-30,
STEP 3/6
Divide the fermented dough into 150g pieces,
STEP 4/6
Spread it out, put bacon and sliced cheese on top, and ferment it at 28 to 30 for the second time,
STEP 5/6
Spread the shears from side to side,
STEP 6/6
Put the silicone pad on an oven iron plate, put it in an oven preheated to 170, and bake it for 12 to 15 minutes.
