Blanch Samho fish cake tofu balls in boiling water. Boil all the seasoning ingredients in another pot. If there is no liquid sauce for Samho fish cake assorted hot pot, you can mix soy sauce with Katsuobushi broth, season it, add a little sugar to taste it, or add tsuyu sauce.

Put blanched tofu balls in a concave plate and pour the boiled sauce. Place ground radish, ginger, katsuobushi, green onion, and red pepper on top to complete.
