Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash bean sprouts clean, put them in boiling water, open the lid, blanch them slightly for 2 minutes, soak them in ice water, and then drain them with a sieve.

Put the beef on a kitchen towel to remove the blood, shred it finely, and season it with soy sauce and pepper.
