STEP 1/4
Divide Bibigo Namdo Tteokgalbi into five pieces in length. Cut the mushrooms into 1.5cm thick, 1cm wide, and 10cm long. Blanch chives in boiling salt water for about 15 seconds, soak them in cold water, and sieve them to remove moisture. Cut the nutritional chives into 4cm long, and shred the red onions finely.
