Makgeolli strawberry sorbet
Son Hoyoung's Korean course meal. The final winner's recipe! A cool makgeolli sorbet with a lot of sweet strawberries, inspired by cocktail makgeolli. It is a great snack for those who like alcohol, and a dessert that can be recommended for women who are not good at drinking.

Ingredients
  • Makgeolli
    1 cup
  • frozen strawberries
    2 cup
  • Honey
    1 TS
  • Mint
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Add 1 cup of makgeolli, 2 cups of frozen strawberries, and 1 tablespoon of honey and grind them finely with a blender.
STEP 2/3
Freeze in a container. Mix it with a spoon from time to time.
STEP 3/3
When it becomes a soft sorbet shape, put it in a bowl and decorate it with mint leaves.
