A healthier fish cake mini burger
Burger with fish cake? It sounds awkward at first glance, but it's not that awkward when you think about it. If you think of it as a cousin of a shrimp burger and a squid burger, you will feel familiar. The fish cake was slightly boiled down in soy sauce to season it, and the taste was highlighted with ripe kimchi and bitter chicory. When feeding children, it would be better to fix the burger with a toothpick to prevent it from being messy.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Wash romaine and chicory to remove moisture and cut slice cheese into quarters.
STEP 2/3
Put soy sauce, water, sugar, and minced garlic in a pan, boil it over low heat, and when it is reduced in half, add fish cake and boil it slightly.
STEP 3/3
Place sliced cheese, minced kimchi, fish cake, and vegetables on the half-sliced morning bread and finish it by covering it with bread.
