Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice the potatoes, soak them in cold water, and scoop them out to remove starch. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion and garlic finely.
STEP 2/4
Pour olive oil in a pot and stir-fry onions and garlic over medium heat to make a flavor. Add potatoes and stir-fry, and when the potatoes become transparent, add broccoli and stir-fry.
