Bukatini with pesto sauce
Pasta that is good to make and eat in the summer when basil is abundant. Pesto is a green sauce made by grinding pine nuts, walnuts, garlic, olive oil, Parma-san cheese or peccorino cheese in fresh basil, and features a fresh and savory taste. Pesto can be refrigerated, but if you make it in advance, it is easy to discolor, so let's make it right before eating it. If you don't have buccatini noodles, let's replace it with spaghetti.
