Put in Nabak Kimchi (Delicious until the end)
When the weather gets hot, I often eat cold soup or natural kimchi.. Nabak kimchi that you can make and eat deliciously without adding sticky rice paste I learned this recipe from my 93 year old mother..It's simple.. On a hot day when you don't have an appetite, boil noodles and roll them in cool Nabak Kimchi, so you don't need a feast anymore.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Trim the vegetables and soak them in water for about 30 minutes, wash them clean, put them in a basket, and drain them.
STEP 2/14
First, cut the radish so that it is not thin and not thick.
(It's better to cut it vertically so that you can chew it.).. About 2mm thick
STEP 3/14
Put the sliced radish in a container of water kimchi and sprinkle a spoonful of salt to make the seasoning cut slightly.
STEP 4/14
Prepare frozen cabbage inside rather than outside leaves and cut it into bite-size pieces.
* Separate stems and leaves and put them in a pickled radish container.
STEP 5/14
Put the shredded cabbage on top of the radish...
Do not sprinkle salt on the frozen leaves,
Sprinkle salt only on the stem so that the liver is cut.
* Turn it upside down..(Pickled for 3 to 4 minutes)
STEP 6/14
Ginger and garlic are sliced.
STEP 7/14
Chop the chives and onions.
* If you like the scent of water parsley, it's water parsley
* If you enjoy the spicy taste, add 2 more cheongyang peppers
STEP 8/14
Put garlic, ginger, onion, and chives in radish and frozen cabbage and pour water..
* 2 liters, 2 bottles..
STEP 9/14
Put 5 spoons of red pepper powder in the cotton cloth or the pack again.
STEP 10/14
Soak it in water to make chili water.
* If you soak the red pepper powder and mix it, it will get thicker.
* If you add too much red pepper powder, the soup might get dry.
STEP 11/14
Add sea salt by looking at the liver.
* Cover and let cook for half a day at room temperature.
STEP 12/14
When the kimchi is cooked..
Remove the skin of the pear, cut it into large pieces, and put it in the ripe naemuseum kimchi.
* Refrigerate when cooked
STEP 13/14
If you prepare a pear and cut it right before you eat it, it becomes more delicious.
STEP 14/14
Well-cooked Nabakmul Kimchi noodles are delicious even if you boil them and eat them.
- Moona, if the cabbage is too pickled, it may not be crunchy and the texture may decrease. (You don't have to pickle it.) - If you cut a couple of pears, you can definitely enjoy the delicious Nabak Kimchi (Delivery before eating... It's more delicious - I didn't put sticky rice paste... It's personal taste, so please refer to it.
