STEP 1/8
I washed the pork back ribs that I bought...
Put a spoonful of ginger tea..
Soak it in water for half a day..
(Enough to cover the water)
When the blood is drained, wash it clean.

Prepare the sauce for pork back ribs.
I used fruits and vegetables at home.
Half an apple, half a banana, and two onions
* Pear, kiwi, and pineapple are good, too.

Put a fist of green onion in the fruit and grind it..
The ground fruit...
Pour it into the soy sauce and mix it.
- About a cup of soy sauce (200ml), brown sugar 3, garlic 4, oligosaccharide 2, rice syrup 1, ginger tea 1 tsp, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
(Try to adjust the taste.)..It tastes better when it's sweet.)

The sauce for pork back ribs is made.
STEP 5/8
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce into the blood-red pork ribs.. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it ripen in the refrigerator for a day or two..
* It tastes better if it's aged for two to three days.
* If you want grilled back ribs.. Parboil the back ribs and season them.

When the ribs are ripe..
Prepare vegetables for braised back ribs.
Braised short ribs are delicious with carrots and radish... Prepare a generous amount of grinding.
* There's a chestnut in the freezer.. Instead of raw chestnuts... It's delicious with chestnuts.

Put the ripened ribs and sauce in the pot,
Pour in a bowl of water.
Boil the prepared vegetables on medium heat, and then adjust the heat to low or low heat
Open the lid and cook for about an hour.
STEP 8/8
I'll taste it and control it
If you feel the sweetness, put it in a bowl and put it on the birthday table.
* When it's cold, put it on top as it's not good.
- I think if the ripening period is long, it becomes more delicious braised pork back ribs. (Third day)
- If the heat is too strong when cooking, the meat may become tough or dehydrated..
Please cook it for about an hour.
- Pork can smell bad..Be sure to open the lid of the pot and cook it
