Dried radish is not good if you soak it for too long because the texture is mushy.
Don't rinse the soaked daikon in water, just squeeze the water out. If you rinse it in water, it tastes less delicious.
It's okay to mix red pepper powder roughly, but if you strain it through a sieve, the color is not rough and fine^^
