After removing the green grapes, soak them in cold water with 2 tablespoons of vinegar for about 2 minutes and rinse them three or four times. You can also wash it with baking soda. Add all the ingredients at once, turn on the gas stove, do not stir, bring to a boil, and stir at the end
STEP 5/11
It's good to get glass bottles in boiling water. Make sure that the glass bottle is heat-resistant
STEP 6/11
When the bottle is hot, add a kitchen towel to remove the water once more.
STEP 7/11
Add the drained green grapes
STEP 8/11
Pour the pickle sauce hot as it is.
STEP 9/11
Even if the pickle water is only half full, it will appear as if there is more water coming out of the green grapes. After cooling it down, let it ripen in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
STEP 10/11
If you let the lid go down, it becomes a vacuum. If you open the lid later, it makes a pop sound.
STEP 11/11
Green grape pickles are done. It's a green grape pickle that tastes like sweet and sour pickles. When you eat food such as pasta or fried rice, you can eat it instead of cucumber pickles. You know that grape skin is nutritious, right? It's nice to be able to eat all the grape skins. It is easy to eat because there are no grape seeds. When you're tired of cucumber pickles, try making green grape pickles.
