* Making Bibim Noodles (based on 1 serving) - 1 serving of noodles (500 won coin size). Pour plenty of water into the pot, and when the water boils, spread out the noodles into the shape of a pan and boil for 4 minutes.

Stir the noodles every minute with a spoon or ladle. Remove the boiled noodles and remove the starch several times (to preserve the chewy texture without sticking the noodles).
