Cooking Steps

First, squeeze the water out of the tofu using gauze. You have to drain it a lot so that it doesn't get crushed when you put it on later.

Please chop the rest of the vegetables and prepare them. I prepared paprika, onions, and shiitake mushrooms and put them in. If you add shiitake mushrooms, the texture is good, so it feels like eating meat. If you like spicy food, you can add a little bit of refreshing pepper.

Place drained tofu in a bowl and add half a tablespoon of salt.

I put 2 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour in here. The neighbor's recipe doesn't contain glutinous rice powder. I put in a lot of paprika and the tofu got tough. So I added a little bit of glutinous rice powder to make it coagulate well.

Grease a frying pan with olive oil over low heat and place tofu steak in a good size to eat.

When it's golden brown, you can turn it upside down and bake it. Even if the tofu steak is drained, it can be crushed because it's too moist. Turn it over carefully.

It's a tofu steak. It has a lot of vegetables, so the texture is alive and light. It's a little seasoned, so it's good to eat it as it is, and it's also a delicacy if you dip it in steak sauce. It is also recommended for children with nutritional snacks or high blood pressure. I baked it in olive oil. I thought it would be cooked more plainly because it's baked without oil if I put oil paper on it. I'll have to grill it without oil next time.
