Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
To make the tomato sauce on the market a little less greasy, cut the cross on the hard-boiled tomatoes and blanch them slightly in boiling water (30 seconds) to peel them. We didn't have hard-boiled tomatoes, so we used large-sized tomatoes. Usually, we remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into very small pieces. (Removing the sourness of the seeds) You can just cut the salty tomatoes into cubes.
STEP 2/4
Slice the temple thinly, sprinkle 1T of butter with salt and white pepper, and stir-. Stir-fry ground beef in seasoned soy sauce.
STEP 3/4
Add 3/5 bottles of cream tomato sauce, 1T red pepper paste, and sliced tomatoes and grind them with a blender. (It's for 3 people)
STEP 4/4
Slice the mushrooms and stir-fry them with the sauce. Add boiled noodles to tomato sauce for 7 minutes and mix over medium heat. Add boiled noodles for sauce concentration. Place the noodles in a pasta dish and garnish with dalae, paeju, and stir-fried beef. And you can eat it with Parmesan cheese powder.
