Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
I used one and a half tofu.
Cut it into bite-size pieces.

Place on a kitchen towel or drainable surface to drain,
I sprinkled pepper and salt evenly with a pinch of salt.

Chop 1 onion, 1 small green onion, 1 root, 1 sugar, 1 minced garlic, 3 soy sauce, 2 red pepper powder
(Based on rice spoon)
Mix them all together.
If you want something spicy, please add 2 cheongyang peppers often.

While the sauce is ripening, drain the tofu
Add a little oil and fry until golden brown.

Place the golden tofu in a pot or earthen pot.

You need to add water, but the amount of water is enough for the tofu seasoning
The amount of water depends on the width of the pot.
