Making salted pollack roe
I brought a few pieces of rice balls using salted pollack roe for my children's breakfast, put them off for a day or two, and took them out in the refrigerator yesterday to make the easiest and most delicious steamed pollack roe dish. Mash the salted pollack roe well, then add all the seasoning and shake it. Then, steam it for 5 minutes on a steaming steamer. It's simple, but it's a rice thief. If you steam it too much, it might not taste good, so it's better if you make a few meals and eat it then.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Please prepare salted pollack roe.
STEP 2/9
Tap the thin film and scan the pollack. Even if you look at it carefully, there's a lot of egg on the film, so don't throw it away and put it in together
STEP 3/9
I removed the gala seeds in half of the spicy peppers and removed the seeds because the children were going to eat them. Slice it, and then put it in a bowl.
STEP 4/9
Please cut the green onions and put it in. If you have chives, you can put in as much chives as you want, right?
STEP 5/9
Add some minced garlic, too.
STEP 6/9
Add sesame seeds and sesame oil and finish, then mix well with the seasonings.
STEP 7/9
The seasoned pollack roe, it's not bad to eat it as it is, but I'm going to make steamed pollack roe, so please prepare a steamer.
STEP 8/9
Put the water under the steamer and put the prepared salted pollack roe on top when the steam comes up. You can steam it for about 5 minutes (open it and when the pollack is cooked), but close the lid when you steam it.
STEP 9/9
Ta-da. The soft salted pollack roe was created as a dish with slightly hard particle texture and savory salted pollack roe. This kid's name is salted pollack roe. You can put this on top of the hot rice you just made up, or you can mix it well, but it's not that salty, so it's perfect to eat it without any burden. Delicious salted pollack roe dish, steamed salted pollack roe, which is a rice thief, can be enjoyed more deliciously because the unique fishy smell disappears like this.

I didn't use the steamer, but I used the microwave. I turned it upside down for 1 minute and flipped it over for 30 seconds
