Making beef soft tofu stew
I always put clams and shrimp in it to make it taste like seafood, but this time I added beef and made it with a thick soup. Since there's a lot of beef in it, the thick soft tofu stew is complete.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Soak the beef in water for about 20 minutes to remove the blood, drain it, add a little salt and pepper, and coat it with water. For beef, I tend to buy sunny places for soup at home in advance. I tend to use it often.

You can prepare the ingredients while removing the blood from the beef.

Please make the sauce right away in the earthen pot. Add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, half tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

In an earthen pot, stir-fry the sauce made with medium heat.

When the sauce is stir-fried to a certain extent and chili oil comes out, stir-fry the prepared beef, oyster mushroom, and shiitake mushroom.

Pour in an appropriate amount of rice garden water. If you think about putting in soft tofu later, it's better to put it in an earthen pot.

When the salt boils, add the prepared zucchini, fresh pepper, red pepper, and chopped green onion and bring to a boil.

Lastly, put in the prepared soft tofu and that's it.If you boil it for about 5 minutes, the soft tofu is cooked properly and delicious.

The two of us ate a lot. But it's not a secret that you two ate together. I made soft tofu stew with clams and other beef-flavored soft tofu stew. This is pretty good, too. I'll have to cook it from time to time.
