How to make picnic lunch box for elementary and middle school st
On Tuesday, a middle school student packed a picnic lunch to go to a writing contest, and today, I prepared a picnic lunch box to go to an outdoor class for elementary school students. On the day of the middle school student, I had to go on a trip from dawn, and I was busy preparing for the elementary school student's. Preparing a picnic lunch, which I had a hectic time preparing since dawn, took longer than I thought, so I was almost late for the appointment, but I was relieved that I prepared it and came out.

Ingredients
  • a chicken stick
  • Soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • cooking wine
  • Garlic
  • ginger powder
  • Water
  • Shrimp.
  • Frying flour
  • potato starch
  • an egg yolk
    2ea
  • Curry
  • Water
  • Ice
  • instant rice
  • Vienna sausage
  • Ketchup
  • Salt
  • Sesame oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
I prepared a pack (500g per pack) of braised chicken with wings and sticks. It looked fresh, so I washed it in running water without dipping it in milk, removed the excess oil, and cut it twice.
STEP 2/13
I added soy sauce + sugar + cooking wine + garlic + ginger powder and water and started cooking.
When I dozed off half way through high heat, I turned the heat down.
STEP 3/13
Yoongi's braised chicken sticks are done!
STEP 4/13
Remove the head, peel, and remove the internal organs from the back of the shrimp. Please coat it with frying powder.
STEP 5/13
Mix frying powder and starch, add 2 egg yolks, curry powder, and add cold water and ice.
STEP 6/13
Add shrimp to oil and fry crispy. If you drop the batter into the oil and it comes up right away, put in the shrimp and fry it
STEP 7/13
Prepare the Vienna sausage with a chubby one and cut it in half.
STEP 8/13
Put the cross twice to form a flower and blanch in boiling water for about 1 minute. 3. Add salt and sesame oil to the rice and mix well.
STEP 9/13
Drop a drop of tomato ketchup in the middle of the flower sausage.
STEP 10/13
It's an elementary school picnic lunch box. They put sausage rice balls in a similar menu and put cheese sticks and nuggets instead of fried shrimp and braised chicken sticks.
STEP 11/13
To prepare it prettier and more deliciously, I chose mixed grains, not white rice, but it didn't clump together and crumbled well
STEP 12/13
I was so tired that I filled a box of lunch boxes by frying frozen food right away.
STEP 13/13
If you put gold kiwi, which children like, in the picnic lunch box, it's easy to eat and the taste and shape are very pretty, so it's good to prepare fruits.
