STEP 1/4
Season spinach with sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds, but do not add garlic. Cut the carrots into thick pieces, cut the fish cakes into wide pieces, and stir-fry them in a pan with a little bit of salt. It's delicious to stir-fry carrots until they have a crunchy taste. I didn't add burdock because I don't like the sweetness, but I add ingredients according to my preference.
STEP 2/4
Place the rough side of the seaweed on top of the seaweed, spread the rice thinly, and roll it with the ingredients.
STEP 4/4
I cut the kimbap and put it on a big plate. We usually give it to each other, but this time, I wanted to put it in a lot, so I piled it up. I think it went in about four lines. I don't like the smell of carrots in my family, so I started putting carrots in all my foods little by little, and then I'm practicing feeding them carrots by increasing them more and more. I put in more than usual this time, but maybe it's because I practiced it, but I eat it well without choosing. It's been a while since I made kimbap, and I can smell the savory sesame oil. I enjoyed it with spinach soybean paste soup.
