STEP 1/12
2:1 ratio of potato starch and glutinous rice flour,
Add 2 egg whites and add water! Based on the paper cup, Soji Saejip added 2 potato starch, 1 glutinous rice powder, and 5 cups of water. Stir the dough well so that it doesn't form lumps. Make sure there's not too much water and not too dry.
STEP 2/12
Rinse the meat slightly under running water. Remove as much moisture as possible! I made the tenderloin part of pork from this. I didn't season the meat separately.
STEP 3/12
Lightly cover the meat with glutinous rice flour, then put it in glutinous rice flour + potato starch + white porcelain dough and coat it with glutinous potato starch dough!
STEP 4/12
Drop the sticky rice potato starch dough in the boiling oil and add the meat batter when it floats! When it's cooked, it floats on top. Put it on top, fry it for another 3 minutes, and then take it out
STEP 5/12
Strain the impurities through a strainer. That's how it's fried cleanly.
STEP 6/12
The first fried tangsuyuk is done!
Soji's new house fried twice. You can fry it all at once with glutinous rice potato starch, but they said it tastes better if you fry it twice, so I fried it with glutinous rice potato starch twice!
STEP 7/12
Make a crispy fried sweet and sour pork with starch on the fried meat once more! The fried meat was just enough and tasted better
STEP 8/12
Sweet and sour pork meat fries are complete
STEP 9/12
Left: Photo after frying once
Right: Photo after frying twice
It's definitely different, right??? The picture on the right looks more delicious because it's crispy! lol
STEP 10/12
It's made with vegetables at home. We didn't have onions, but we decided to replace it with paprika. Instead of canned fruit cocktails, apples and pineapples!^^ How to make tangsuyuk sauce is simple
STEP 11/12
Mix/Soy sauce/Sugar/Water/Starch and put it in~
Add 4T of vinegar, 3T of brewed soy sauce, and 450ml of sugar-filled water. (Please fill it with rice spoon-based ingredients.)
Add about a half cup of starch paper, add about a cup of water (one and a half) of water, mix separately in a bowl, and pour into a pot.
STEP 12/12
Add the vegetables you prepared and mix them together, and you're done! Isn't it easy to make Tangsuyuk sauce? If the sauce is too sticky, add more starch. If it doesn't taste good, add more soy sauce. If it's too thick, add more sugar~~
