Making Jongwon Baek Yukgaejang
Not too long ago, I wanted to eat yukgaejang so I bought bean sprouts from the mart to copy Mr. Baek's yukgaejang episode. It's an easy but delicious Yukgaejang.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
First, soak the glass noodles in water for Yukgaejang. (I'm on a diet, so I didn't put the glass noodles.) Cut the green onion in half and cut it into 4-5cm pieces. Then, put 2 spoons of cooking oil + 6 spoons of sesame oil in a pan.
STEP 2/14
I'll make green onion oil.
STEP 3/14
Add beef and stir-fry when the scallions are slightly scented. I was using the beef restaurant, so I measured it and it was about 130g. (By the way, I think it would be perfect to put in about 200g.)
STEP 4/14
When the meat is cooked
STEP 5/14
Add 3 spoons of red pepper powder.
STEP 6/14
Add chili powder and stir-fry enough.
STEP 7/14
Bring to a boil, adding water little by little. Don't pour too much water at once.
STEP 8/14
Prepare bracken or taro and cut it off. It doesn't matter what kind of mushroom it is. Please prepare two kinds, oyster mushroom and shiitake mushroom.
STEP 9/14
I cut the pine mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms into thin slices and put in.
STEP 10/14
Add bracken, please. I don't know about anything else, but I personally like bracken in Yukgaejang, so I always put it in.
STEP 11/14
Add a spoonful of ground garlic, please. Add 4 to 5 spoons of soy sauce for seasoning. Add a little salt. If you have ground ginger, add 1/3 teaspoon.
STEP 12/14
Lastly, add the bean sprouts and when the bean sprouts are out of breath, check the amount of water and season them.
STEP 13/14
It's a simple beef yukgaejang. If I had known how to cook it this easily, I would have made it at home often.
STEP 14/14
I couldn't feel any difference from buying it outside. The recipe for making Jongwon Baek yukgaejang is really easy and simple, so make sure to try it. I can guarantee the taste, too. steaming. I eat hot beef yukgaejang soup with rice in the morning, so I don't need any other side dishes. In the Jongwon Baek Yukgaejang making episode, they make chicken, beef, and pork in various ways. I think you can choose the ingredients you have at home and make them. I'm thinking of making chicken next time.
