Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add 3 yolks, 50g sugar, and flour to make custard cream of egg tarts and stir well.
Add the warm milk little by little and stir carefully to prevent the yolk from being cooked.

Place the custard cream batter over low heat, stirring well to a thick paste, then turn off the heat and melt the butter.
(It's better to add vanilla bean or extra.)
STEP 3/5
Place tart paper in pan and fill with custard cream.
STEP 4/5
Bake at 200 preheated temperature for about 10 minutes to produce a yellowish color.
