When you draw bacon

For those who do, you can ferment it into a thin, long square shape during the first fermentation, and just cut it at regular intervals before the second fermentation and bake it!!

Cooking Steps

After the first fermentation, the dough is divided by 30g and rounded, and covered with vinyl at room temperature for 10 minutes of intermediate fermentation.

Here's a tip! Since you have to stretch the dough long, leave it in a round shape for 5 minutes and then in an elongated shape like the second picture for 5 minutes to make it easier to get plastic surgery! I did this for 10 minutes.

When the medium fermentation is over, use your palm to roll the dough and pan it into a 30 to make it 30 to 40cm long. (If you don't use powder at all and the dough sticks too much to your hands, use strong powder as powder, but don't use it too much. The dough may not be pushed because of the powder.) The second fermentation takes 10 minutes.

After the second fermentation, spray water lightly on the surface of the dough. Then rub the thick salt on each other's palms and sprinkle it on top. I just have to cook it and that's it! Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
