Making Smoked Salmon Sandwich
I prepared salmon sandwiches for brunch. I put smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, and vegetables on garlic baguette bread to make it an open sandwich. A smoked salmon sandwich and a cup of warm tea would be great for brunch.

STEP 2/6
In the scramble, he puts the above ingredients and makes them soft.
STEP 3/6
Put some garlic cream on the baguette bread
STEP 4/6
Lettuce. Onion. Scrambled eggs
STEP 5/6
Place smoked salmon on top and apply garlic cream. You can use tartar sauce instead of garlic cream.
STEP 6/6
It's delicious just by putting a soft scrambled egg and vegetables on a sweet and crispy bread with the scent of garlic, but after tasting it with salmon, it can't help but taste bad. I made it into an open sandwich because it's uncomfortable to eat and looks pretty, but I think my mouth would have hurt if I covered it with bread. Of course, smoked salmon with rosemary and basil on it tastes good, and since it's made into a sandwich, it's enough for a meal and it's nutritious, so it's health.
