STEP 1/9
Season bite-sized chicken with salt, pepper, cooking wine and red pepper powder.
STEP 2/9
Slice the garlic and chop the peppers and green onions while the chicken is seeping in.
STEP 3/9

This way, the oil doesn't splash and it's baked crispy.
STEP 4/9
Grease a heated pan with plenty of cooking oil and fry the chicken.
STEP 5/9
Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate and drain the oil
STEP 6/9
Heat the pan again, lightly cover with cooking oil, and bake the sliced garlic so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 7/9
When the garlic is cooked, add the sliced peppers and pour in the pre-mixed seasoning sauce and bring to a boil.
You can taste it and add soy sauce or sugar to suit your taste.
STEP 8/9
When the sauce boils, add fried chicken, stir it, boil it until the soup is gone, turn off the heat, add chopped green onions, mix it, and sprinkle sesame salt on it's done!!
STEP 9/9
Put it on a plate and enjoy it^^
I've removed all the chicken skin, but if you like the skin, there's a lot of oil coming out of the chicken skin, so you can add a little cooking oil when frying.
If it's spicy, add Cheongyang red pepper
