STEP 1/8
Tap the pork neck gently with the back of the knife.
Then, add 1T of minced garlic, 1T of cooking wine, and season with salt.

Add 4T of pork cutlet sauce, 4T of oligosaccharide, 2T of oyster sauce, 3T of cooking wine, 2T of butter, and 1/2 cup of water to make the seasoning.
(I put the butter in beforehand and something was wrong so I removed it :) I highly recommend you put the butter later!)

You start cooking meat over high heat.

When the meat is golden brown

Add butter and pre-made pork neck sauce and start boiling themselves.
Cook the meat over medium low heat so that the sauce can be cut evenly, and the seasoning on the meat
So that you can get cut!

If you cut the sauce evenly, the meat is done!

Prepare vegetables that you can eat together.
It's good to soak it in cold water and keep it fresh!

If you put a half-cooked egg on top, that's it
I strongly recommend putting butter directly into meat rather than in sauce.
