Making shabu shabu at home
Hello! I'm Youngbbang I made shabu shabu at home last weekend. Out of all the dishes, I'm most confident in making shabu shabu!! It's really good as a housewarming food, and above all, it's a food that I've been making often at home since I was young because I can eat it simply and abundantly. Today, I'll show you how to make shabu-shabu, which is very simple but has my own know-how!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the cabbage and bok choy clean and cut them into appropriate sizes.
STEP 2/6
Wash the bean sprouts clean, and slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly. Wash the rest of the mushrooms and prepare them.
STEP 3/6
Put water in a hot pot, sauce for shabu shabu, and cook first with a moderate amount of the last-cooked cabbage~ * If you put all the vegetables you prepared at once, it will overflow. As you know, you put in a little bit of shabu shabu and eat it! You have to adjust the amount so that your family can eat it right away!
STEP 4/6
Once it boils up, add the rest of the vegetables and simmer for about 5 minutes.
STEP 5/6
Put a few pieces of meat on top of it and bring it to the table where your family is waiting for you. It's done! Don't forget to prepare a portable gas stove on the table in advance! Now, you can add the vegetables you prepared and dip them in the shabu-shabu sauce, adding each piece of meat, and eat what you like.
STEP 6/6
Additionally, prepare udon noodles, kalguksu, and rice, and eat udon noodles once. It's really good if you make porridgeDon't worry about the broth and sauce at home. Deliciously ^^ A lot It's higher quality than eating it in the market, but I think it's good because you can enjoy it cheaplyI always missed the timing to take pictures because my house has been a familiar menu that I used to make often, but now I'm posting a recipe For those who are about to make shabu shabu! I hope it helps you a little bit!
