Cooking Steps

Soak lentils in advance for 30 minutes
STEP 2/10
Cut onion, zucchini, paprika, and tomato into small pieces
STEP 3/10
Grease the pan with oil and stir-fry the onions until soft

Add zucchini and paprika and stir-fry them together

Add the soaked lentils and stir-fry them

Add the tomatoes

Add pieces of solid curry

Pour water and simmer over low heat

Stir it so it doesn't stick and boil it until it's thick

Put rice and curry on a plate and sprinkle plain yogurt to finish!
Stir-fry the onions until they are transparent and drowsy to enhance the flavor of the curry. Also, if you add tomatoes to curry, it will taste better.
