  • Soy sauce

  • Red pepper powder
    1TS
  • Sugar
    1/2TS
  • Garlic
    1/2TS
  • Sesame

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Remove the top of the pepper, wash it, and sprinkle a thick layer of flour while it is wet.
STEP 2/8
If you mix it gently, the surface of the pepper will be coated with flour.
STEP 3/8
Since it's a little steamy, put the heat on the steamer and put the pepper on it when it's steaming.

Boil the flour only until it's cooked for 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 5/8
Prepare the sauce~~ You don't need to put a lot of soy sauce because the sauce is on the outside of the pepper. Prepare 2 soy sauce, 1/2 garlic, 1 red pepper powder, 1/2 sugar, 1/2 sesame seeds, plenty of sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Mix it gently.

Put the steamed kkari peppers in the sauce.
STEP 7/8
Toss it gently with a spoon and coat it with seasoning.
STEP 8/8
I think it's good to add a lot of chives in the sauce because it's for the flavor of the sauce.
