Cooking Steps

1. Remove the middle tendon of the chicken tenderloin, divide it in half lengthwise, and soak it in milk for about 10 minutes.
2. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds, and slice the pickles thinly.
3. Wash romaine clean and drain.

Wash chicken tenderloin in water, drain and marinate in chicken seasoning for 10 minutes. Then place the bread crumbs in a wide bowl, coat the seasoned chicken tenderloin evenly, and fry them crispy in 170 degrees Celsius heated oil.
