Cooking Steps

Beat the egg whites in a clean bowl and whip with a hand mixer, dividing sugar little by little
STEP 2/5
and make it into a hard foam

Add the sifted flour, sugar powder, lemon juice and vanilla extract and mix as if cutting with a spatula
