Ingredients
  • Kimchi
    1bowl
  • perilla oil
    1/2cup
  • Sugar
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
When I was organizing the side dishes of the refrigerator, a bowl of sour young radish kimchi came out. It's a bit sour to just eat it, so I ate it up. You have to hold a little more water than stir-fry and boil the radish until it's cooked.
STEP 2/7
Just slice the radish into bite-size pieces. Add the green onion kimchi that I put in with the radish.
STEP 3/7
Add perilla oil and sour sugar
STEP 4/7
Stir-fry it so that the seasoning mixes well. It smells like perilla oil.
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry a little and pour the water until the radish is soaked.
STEP 6/7
If the color isn't that good, you can sprinkle a little bit of red pepper powder. Turn the heat to low and when the water boils down, pour a little more and boil the radish until it is soft.
STEP 7/7
It looks like fried radish with kimchi. The radish is chewed gently, so it's good for young children to eat, and the elderly like it. My husband also said it tasted good, so he put water on it and ate it.

It's a recipe I discovered while thinking about how to eat the leftover Chonggak kimchi at home, and it's amazing that it tastes like this with perilla oil and sugar alone! I added a can of tuna and it became more delicious
