Ddango with garaetteok
It's a garaetteok dango that's easy to eat and delicious to stick one by one on a skewer! It's also fun to cut chubby garaetteok in a small bowl and dip it in sauce. It's sweet and savory, so it's a snack that children to adults like.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut the tteokbokki rice cake into small pieces and blanch it in boiling water until it gets soft.
STEP 2/4
Sift out and immediately cool in cold water.
STEP 3/4
Add all the ingredients for the dango sauce, excluding water starch, to a boil until the sugar dissolves, then add the water starch little by little to adjust the concentration.
STEP 4/4
You can put the rice cake on a skewer and sprinkle the sauce, or you can put the rice cake in a small bowl and pour the sauce or dip it separately.
