STEP 1/6
Cut the mushrooms into 0.5cm long pieces. Slice the meat into bite-sized pieces and season the meat.
STEP 2/6
In a small bowl, mix 2TS of soy sauce, 2TS of soy sauce, 2TS of cooking wine, 2TS of oligosaccharide, 5TS of water, and 2TS of plum juice.
STEP 3/6
Stir-fry the marinated meat in a frying pan until the meat is half cooked. When the meat is half cooked, add all the mushrooms and stir-fry them over medium heat. (About 2-3 minutes)
STEP 4/6
When the meat and mushrooms are well-fried, add the pre-made sauce and boil it over medium heat, and when it boils up, cook it gently over low heat. (In about 10 to 15 minutes)
STEP 5/6
As shown in the picture above, if the meat and mushrooms mix well in the sauce and the soup is boiled down, add 1ts of salt and a little pepper and season it to your taste and put it in a bowl
STEP 6/6
When I put it in a bowl, I put sesame seeds on top. Taste it when you taste it at the end, and if it's bland, you can season it with salt. I liked the taste even with 1ts of salt, but you can season it however you want. It's a side dish for , so I made it slightly salty.
