STEP 1/7
It is said that if a lot of cabbage green leaves go into kimchi, it smells green.
So I boldly ripped off the green leaves.
There were a lot..Haha
Remove the green leaves and gently shake them under running water to wash them.
STEP 2/7
Add a bit of salt and vinegar to the boiling water
Put the stem of the cabbage leaf first.
It looks like a flower arrangement, right
STEP 3/7
When the stem is ripe, it will collapse on its own.
Then don't cook it too well. Just enough for them to breathe...
And the boiling water vapor smells like a beggar
Then please take it out
STEP 4/7
Take out the cabbage and soak it in cold water to cool it down.
The cabbages that I just left are too cooked in the heat
STEP 5/7
There's a picture missing.
When you look at the stems of boiled cabbages, the outer skin rises slightly rises.
You have to peel it off to become a soft beggar.
Drain in basket.
Pull on the outer skin while removing the water!
STEP 6/7
Cabbage is easy to store..
Wrap it neatly in the shape of seaweed.
STEP 7/7
You can keep it neatly in a zipper bag.
I kept it in the freezer...
It's easy to eat one out and eat it.
If I keep it in a mess...I have a headache.
As if my hair is tangled...LOL
