savory and light fried oysters
There are a lot of oysters because it's kimchi-making season, but I think oysters are the most delicious season between October and December. I was watching TV, and my husband wanted to eat oysters, so I went to the mart and bought a bag of oysters. I was going to make oyster pancakes, but I thought it would be soggy if it cooled down, so I said to make fried oysters that have a good texture even if it cooled down. You have to fry the oysters right away and take them out. Even if it's fried too much, you can't feel the soft taste of oysters inside. It goes into the oil and comes up and takes it out when it's slightly golden.
