savory and light fried oysters
There are a lot of oysters because it's kimchi-making season, but I think oysters are the most delicious season between October and December. I was watching TV, and my husband wanted to eat oysters, so I went to the mart and bought a bag of oysters. I was going to make oyster pancakes, but I thought it would be soggy if it cooled down, so I said to make fried oysters that have a good texture even if it cooled down. It's a good time for oysters, so I'll introduce you to the fried oysters that are delicious even if it's a little cold.
