STEP 1/8
Soak the cockles in water, add 1 tablespoon of thick salt, and desalinate them for about 30 minutes.

*Reason: If you stir in one direction, you open your mouth when the cockles are cooked. It's easy to get rid of the flesh because your mouth opens up easily.
Remove the well-cooked cockles and rinse them in cold water to cool them down.

If you cut the green onion with a green onion slicer

Soak it in water for 10 minutes
Please take some out.

Remove the meat from the cold cockle
