Carbonara tteokbokki that goes against the soft cream sauce
Today, I went to Eunhaesa Temple located in Cheongtong-myeon, Yeongcheon-si, with a wet late autumn rain. How beautiful the beautifully colored autumn leaves were with the rain... On my way back, I stopped by my sister's regular Sundae restaurant and ate a lot of Sundae gukbap. As expected, on weekends, the meal prepared by others is the best!!! I ate really well and came back home, but soon the little guy who was searching the refrigerator saying he was hungry, "Mom, the whipped cream is until today?" So I put on the apron again and made him soft cream sauce (Carbonara) tteokbokki. ^ ^;;

Ingredients
  • Tteokbokki and rice cake
    500g
  • whipped cream
    200g
  • Milk
    200g
  • an egg yolk
    1ea
  • Bacon
    6ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Broccoli
    130g
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • Cooking oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Slice bacon and onions to taste. I used it because I blanched broccoli to put it in a salad in the morning. Blanch raw broccoli with a little salt in boiling water.
STEP 2/7
Chop up the cheongyang peppers.
STEP 3/7
Mix in whipped cream, milk and egg yolk.
STEP 4/7
Stir-fry minced garlic in a heated pan,
STEP 5/7
Add onion and bacon and stir-fry.
STEP 6/7
Add tteokbokki rice cake and whipped cream + milk + egg yolk mixture and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/7
When the rice cake is tender and cooked, add blanched broccoli and cheongyang red pepper and season with salt and pepper.
---> We sometimes eat it with turmeric powder. ---> If the children are young, you can take out the cheongyang peppers. It tastes better with pizza cheese.
