STEP 1/9
I'll boil the noodles first. Add salt to boiling water and mix.
STEP 2/9
I'll put in spaghetti noodles. You don't have to force it in. It goes in on its own. Boil in boiling water with salt for 8 minutes.
STEP 3/9
Drain on a sieve. Do not rinse spaghetti noodles in cold water. This is because the starch on the spaghetti noodles does not wash away in cold water. Do not rinse with cold water because the sauce can get on the spaghetti noodles well with starch. Second, when the spaghetti noodles get cold, they also prevent the sauce from getting on the noodles. The only time pasta is cooled in cold water is when pasta is made into salad.
STEP 4/9
If the spaghetti noodles don't come off, add olive oil and mix. If you mix it with olive oil, it melts well.
STEP 5/9
Remove the ends of the garlic and push it down. Chop the onion into big pieces. Chop paprika into the same size as onions.
STEP 6/9
Blanch broccoli with 1T of salt in boiling water for 15 seconds and remove moisture.
STEP 7/9
Pour olive oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic. Chop paprika into the same size as onions. When the onion becomes transparent, stir-fry it with paprika.
STEP 8/9
Stir-fry garlic, onions, and paprika, then add broccoli and stir-fry slightly, then add tomato spaghetti.
STEP 9/9
When the spaghetti sauce starts to boil, stir gently so that it doesn't stick to the floor and mix with spaghetti noodles. If you heat it for too long, the spaghetti noodles will get swollen, so if you mix it until the sauce is a little salty, tomato spaghetti is complete.
